Rheinau
Mannheim's southernmost district on the Rhine with the Rheinau harbour and lido.
Rheinau in the far south lies right on the Rhine and unites harbour industry with local recreation. The Rheinau harbour is an important transhipment point, while the Rheinau lido with its lake draws swimmers and sun-seekers in summer. Its own sub-districts, plenty of greenery by the water and its riverside setting give the district its relaxed, water-loving character.
