Opus V stands for a modern, produce-led style with carefully sourced ingredients and an ambitious wine accompaniment; the setting is clear and elegant, with a view across the city center. Dinner is served as a menu rather than à la carte, so the evening is designed as a whole experience. Reservations are essential and should be made early, as seating is limited. If you want to eat at star level once in Mannheim, this is the address - it is not meant for a spontaneous dinner.
