The kitchen sits open in the middle of the room, so you can watch the nigiri and maki being prepared, and the setting is modern and quiet. A courtyard serves as a terrace in summer - not a given in the densely built city center. Lunch is served continuously, and the evening service runs late. The location is practical for visitors: from Q4 it is a few steps to the Planken and the market square, and anyone staying centrally can walk.
